Office of Student Conduct - Residence Life
Site Supervisor: Amy Miele
- Provide the student with a perspective of a functional area within a large-scale Residence Life department focusing on student conduct
- Provide the student with experience in having educational/developmental conversations with students centering around student conduct
- Provide the student with experience in program development and implementation
- Provide the student opportunities to research how other institutions approach educational sanctioning
- Provide the student with programming experience
- Provide the student with experience in coordinating workshops
- Provide the student an understanding of the application of specific compliance laws in higher education
- Provide an opportunity to work with other University offices possibly including the Assignments Office, Services for Students with Disabilities, Emergency Services, The office of Student Conduct, Deans of Students, etc.
