Summer – Project Options
* New Student Orientation (NSO)
* Assist with logistics for the Registration and Advisement Programs for the one-day Summer New Student Orientation programs (June)
* Develop an assessment plan for all NSO programs (June, August, January)
* Leadership
* Develop workshops for both club leader training programs and the DrewLEAD, first year leadership program; LEAD = Leaders Emerging At Drew
* First Year Experience
* Plan co-curricular programs for the fall semester, based on the shared experience
Fall – Project Options
* New Student Orientation (NSO)
* Assist with the four-day August NSO program
* Organize the January NSO program
* Assessment
* Collaborate with the University Program Board advisor and student leaders to establish an assessment plan
* Programming
* Assist the University Program Board with their large-scale programs and end of semester events
* Help plan the fall semester calendar of events
* First Year Experience
* Host co-curricular programs for first year students
* Leadership
* Assist with the DrewLEAD program facilitation (six-week program)
* Host workshops for club leader education
Spring – Project Options
* Class Events – activities are planned with an undergraduate student committee
* Coordinate Senior Week events and activities
* Plan the Junior/Senior Ball (800+ students in attendance)
* New Student Orientation
* Assist Student Orientation Coordinators in their weekly class for Orientation Leaders
* Collaborate with Student Coordinators to host their annual Orientation Fund Raiser
* Programming
* Assist the University Program Board with their large-scale programs and end of semester events
* Help plan the fall semester calendar of events
* Leadership
* Collaborate with the Assistant Director to plan the annual Recognition Awards Program
* Work with DrewLEAD students to plan the DrewLEAD Conference; one-day leadership conference for local college students (FDU, CSE, CCM, & Drew)
